Can anyone identify the tree? Is it a Palo Verde in bloom?
I did this on an old PC and only wanted a low contrast, low sharpened shot. Now that I see it on my Imac it looks too much. Back to the workshop to learn duotones.

Its a very nice shot, love that sky! Can't tell if its a palo verde in b&w. Is the bark smooth and green? If yes, then Palo Verde it is.

I think it is a GREAT dynamic shot! Maybe crop a tad off the bottom?
