Good image, with reasonable clarity given the circumstances, but it's hard to get motion panning with water as a background, and while I know the waterskier here is in motion, I don't get a feeling of motion from the photo. The water at his feet is also very bright, though honestly I'm not sure you could have done anything about that. |

you got the idea, just need a bit more background blur and a bit more sharpness on the subject. |

This one looks more like stopped motion than panned motion to me. |

On a scale of 0-2 in five different categories: Image quality - .5. Composition - .5. Lighting - .5 (whites are too blown out IMO). Post Processing - .5 (could have toned down the whites a bit in post). Choice of Subject - 1.5. TOTAL SCORE - 4 |

Overexposure of image causes a real problem with blown highlights vying for attention loss of contrast in subject. Slightly off track, causing a minor feeling of out of focus rather than stop motion. Lots of challenges in this capture that really need strong panning/tracking and perfect exposure. |

The photo is great, but it isnt exactly panning. The exposure time was too short. |

You should slow your shutter speed down a tad for a little more backround blur |
