I think the photo is perfect except for one thing - the crop. If it were I, I'd have used a more of rule of thirds and put this gentleman whom looks very familiar to me more towards the right-hand side leaving more empty space to the left. I'll leave you alone now as you wish...after I say good luck. 'Good Luck!
