 shot under a fluorescent light on my girlfriend's kitchen counter. i opted for a more traditional approach to the challenge this time around. i really learned a lot by working this way. still life compositions are not an easy thing the create. i enjoyed the challenge.

This is a nice shot but it looks like it is way oversharpened! Nice composition and contrasts in color!

This picture needs a lot. First, there's a clash between unpeeled fruit and untouched fruit. You bring this conflict to light because you failed to focus on just one subject. All the fruit tends to have the same focus. The orange and it's rind have such potential for texture exploration, but you haven't exploited it.

I really liked the color, composition, and DOF of this image. It is very well done. I would have given this a higher score if the background noise were removed. Good image quality would make this one a contender.

I like the way the orange is very much in focus and very detailed, while the grapes are less so. Vibrant colours as well.

Pretty lighting, and pretty colors. Little grain/noise However over all this is a fine shot. Maybe a bit less white counter or a tighter crop at the bottom.....? Just thinking out loud. It's good, congrats on a fine shot.
