| A really cool concept. I think you might have wasted your excellent magnifying glass technique on too boring a subject. Use the magnifying glass to uncover a message, a meaning. Magnify a sweater to show that it's only made up of delicate threads. Magnify a silvery fish to illustrate that it's incandescence is a function of hundreds of shiny scales. This is just a distortion of an otherwise boring glass. |

| Creative shot, very imaginative high-key picture. Refracted light always seems to do well here at DPC, so I expect to see this score highly. Interesting juxtaposition of straight lines and curves. The splash of blue works nicely. 9 |

| Essential; but i miss humanity. Probably my character, but it's just a feeling. In "still life" there is "still" and there is "life". Gave you an 8 but won't hang it above the bed |

| frame line, lose it....like the idea and the hi keyness of this. I wish what ever the round thing causing the break were smaller....it seems a bit much and the comp suffers because of it. the overall shot is very fine, but I really like the glass in this. |

| This is a nice, simple composition. I like the use of just a little bit of color. The light looks good as well. |
