This one should have done sooooooooooo much better. Sub-5? No way. I gave it an 8. The voters must have just clicked right through this one without really taking the time to look at it. Too bad ... they missed a great image.

Kinda fuzzy, and hard to see... but bonus points since it looks like you caught him/her in a natural environment, and seeing a moose out in the wild is something I still waiting to have happen!

Some may not like the grain, but in this case, I do. The almost monochromatic coloring is good.

Must be wonderful coming across a creature such as this whilst walking in the woods - i got excited enough at seeing squirrels, birds and a rabbit! The photo is dark, but is worth the viewer taking time to look closely.
