What is minimal here, the spots? Im very serious, I am not sure what I am supposed to see in this photo except cement.

The main subject occupies a small part of the frame ... but the whole image is the main subject according to the title. Might even have got away with it had the sidewalk had some contrast and texture.

Not interesting enough. Even though it's minimalist and abstract, there still has to be something to make the viewer want to look at it.
