Burn in ( darken ) the foreground and Background, will remove distractions like the verticle lines of other leaves. |

Stretching to meet the challenge theme with the image. Nice B&W macro. The way the drops magnify the texture of the leaf is interesting. |

Air enters the stomata, not water. Back to botany 101. Stomata are mostly on the underside of the leaf too. |

Ah, but the stomata is underneath. (Don't take this comment seriously, this is a great photo) |

One of the pictures that thinks outside the box a bit. Great B&W treatment. Terrifice focus. Compositionally, there could be a little improvement. Not sure what exactly, maybe a different angle, isolate a but of the backgroudn, etc... Still a standout here and highly rated. |

Awaiting entrance - what?! Oh, it's a plant thing. If they were going to roll down the leaf, wouldn't they have done so already? :D Overall, a decent waterdrop shot. Crisp with nice DOF. The tonal range seems a little limited, especially on the high end. All JMO of course. Good luck. |

STOMATA! YES! (I am, ahem, a bio geek :-D ) So yeah, kudos for using a great term in your title. I bet by the end of voting you'll be sick of people not understanding the title, but I hope I am wrong. Lovely photo and great black and white tones. |
