I think this would have been better if the subject would have been more promident.

The ice covered bushes make a good subject however I don't know if IR is the right treatment. (not my taste anyway)

Compositionally I think it's ok with only a slight tilt in the horizon. Exposure could probably be bumped up a bit as it appears too dark. Though, based on your title this may be what you were going for.
