 This is an unintended consequence pic, mainly going for the ice.... but it actually meets the theme of minimilism also.

I like this image alot, though I think it relies too much on the title for the challenge. While the lighthouse is a strong element to the photography, I still don't see it as the primary subject. Love the picture otherwise.

Despite the title, I think most people are going to see that curtain of ice as your main subject and that takes up too much real estate to be considered minimal.

Too much going on here for a minimalist shot in my eyes; I'm not sure I buy the "red" as the subject matter where it's almost entirely out of the depth of field and so is largely out of focus.

Oh, it's the ice storm! I was hoping someone would get a shot of it. That's really cool. Almost patriotic theme, eh?
