 -15C & a strong wind .. buurrrrr... damn near frost bit my fingers ..
curve desat straighten usm & highlight/shadow
(no added star/ that is the f20 from the fisheye see //www.dpchallenge.com/image.php?IMAGE_ID=436493 for another example)
bit of repair for dust bunnys, lens flare & sun sparkles
save for web ..
revisited it & masked the sky to sat. it in LAB & masked the bottom to up the contrast

Great shot of the docks, sky is very nice. Also really like the sun in this shot, with the streaks of rays. Nicely done.
