 I dunno... I have NEVER found a good use for any of the artistic filters in PhotoShop. So what the heck, it says "Expert Editing" so let's give it a shot, see what the voters think of it.

bit too contrasty. Not overkeen on the sky, would of liked to see maybe a closer crop with more detail? 6

I like the texture change in this. I would have preferred it in a tighter crop, maybe with out the sky.. And, that's only because of the challenge rules. Regardless of that, you did a great job, it's beautiful..

Image nicely done from a technical aspect, so I will vote it a decent score, but subjectively, I don't much care for the effect. Somehow I suspect you're taking some punishment for it. 6

Not thrilled with the post processing - it looks like an interesting image, and would have been keen to see it well processed in black and white tones.
