thanks for your votes and comments. this was my first try and i think it did not bad. appreciate comments a lot. i definitely need to pay attention to the lightning as this was just a quick shot with one living room light.

you will get told it's noisy, ignore that. I would have liked to see more dramatic lighting, a more distinct play of shadow accross the forms.

Well, I think you have a great idea here.. I think the wood sculpture gets lost in the wood background with the wood table.. Maybe a black background or white or even a vivid color that compliments the wood, would have made it really "pop".You did something different though, so I'm going with a 6.

I don't want to be the first to make a pun about the graininess of this image. Oh well, I guess I was :o)

I like the colour and texture, maybe less of the out-of-focus foreground?
