Fair and good comments, Ursula. This was an experiment with my new copy of Aperture and CS2. I was trying out post processing and probably should have just kept it in the workshop. |

Is that two people on the far side under the willow? It's a bit hard to tell. In this picture, I like the pattern of the willow-branches agaist the sky. As a whole, the image is not working for me, because I am not sure what to look at. It has good colours, but it is not telling a story, or just showing an idea or a pattern or something (at least not to my eyes). One idea, if you were to get closer (so to say) and take only the 1/4 part at the bottom left, it might work as an "idea" image. If you were to take just the willow branches against the sky, it might make a good pattern image. I don't know. I would also go explore in the pines to the right - pines have all sorts of possibilities for pictures. |
