 guess it was so "overexposed" that you couldnt see the blurry bits

This is a stunning photo! Alicia must be really pleased... I can see the shallow DOF, too... I thought this was going to do very well.

Hmmm, this is a shame. It is a terrific portrait, works well with the challenge. I don't get it. I am guessing the high-key hurt you. Still nicely composed, great mood set by the colors, and good use of depth.

Extraceptional! Probably getting hammered by the dof-nazis which is too bad for them. Tops in the game for me so far. Very nice!

A lovely shot but perhaps a little too generic for me in terms of challenge criteria - by that I mean it could have been entered into portrait, or high key, or DOF, or . .
But it is a lovely shot, well lit and clearly displays DOF so you get a vote from me :-)
Back to bump up, the shot grows on you. Good work.
