 Straighten,Crop,Sharpen,Contrast and Saturation/Hue. Almost forgot about the Shallow DOF Challenge until I got this photo on the screen. My aim isn't so much to ribbon as it is to just to improve over my previous photos. If I do that the eventually the ribbons will come!

DOF selection is perfect. However, I think a little more space in front and less behind would make the image more dynamic.

A tighter crop to make it appear the bird was flying to, rather than away from could be nice, all the same good work

Great sharpness and nice interpretation of the challenge. I wish we weren't looking at the tail end of the goose, or at least had some view of it's face. Still, can't argue with how crisp the subject is and how that's only further enhanced by the DOF.
