well done. 8

The color shift, and severe editing of this image just turn me off of this image. I think it's very origional, but it just doesn't quite add up for me personally. Model is beautiful, and the shadows add curiosity. I'd like to see the origional capture to see where it started from. Good luck.

I like the title as it matches the color tone(and made me smile) but the processing is just not for me.

This is a very interesting and striking image. Not sure how "photographic" it remains (whatever that means), but still quite a dynamic creation.

Interesting abstract. I applaud your efforts to go against the mainstream. While this image does not suit my personal taste, I see great merit in the shot and can appreciate it for the artwork that it is. Very "Andy Warholesque". Kudos!

Too soft. I do like the shadow but the figure is unpleasant.

I don't know how this will go over here but personally I love it, great pose and treatment! 10

might have been a good shot if you didn't destroy all detail and play of shadows with your post-processing
01/31/2007 02:27:07 AM
ow. my eyes. ow.

i like this a lot but i can't imagine it's too popular with the majority of dpc voters. good luck! 8

the purple saturation doesnt work
01/30/2007 06:58:26 PM
Way too overprosessed for my taste. Interesting idea though.
01/30/2007 06:07:31 PM
ouch

DOn't like the posterised processing, but I like how you played with the shadows.

This is a good composition. I like the incorporation of the shadows. I think I see what you are doing with the processing, and can appreciate it, but I am honestly not real crazy about it. Maybe if were just a little subdued. But, that is just my tastes :-)
01/30/2007 12:56:41 AM
Way too over-processed!

Different

Great artistic approach
01/29/2007 08:44:28 PM
might have been better in a tonal B&W
01/29/2007 04:43:59 PM
This is actually a cool image. I can't say I like the processing though. The shadow detail on the wall is great.
01/29/2007 03:47:48 PM
Good setup, but not really a fan of the processing. 6

I'm not really a fan of over-processed photos like your entry, was it really nessecairy? does look artsy like this, but there's not much left of a photo to rate.
01/29/2007 02:13:29 PM
I think viewers will struggle to come o terms with this image and will vote it down however I find it very Avante Garde sand rte it accordigly 10
01/29/2007 02:10:29 PM
Very different. I'm not sure it works for me, but it is eye catching.
01/29/2007 01:50:42 PM
I wonder how many remember the candy after which this color scheme is titled?
01/29/2007 12:58:09 PM
Sorry not a fan of this edit.
01/29/2007 07:13:10 AM
Why this kind of edit?, for me it destroyed the otherwise strong image.
01/29/2007 06:29:47 AM
Appealing image, maybe a touch over processed.
01/29/2007 04:22:17 AM

you went a bit overboard on the editing here.
01/29/2007 02:58:55 AM
I think black and pink are great colors to go together, but I'm not so enthusiastic about this editing. Good model pose and composition though.
01/29/2007 02:12:02 AM
I really like this shot! Funky and fun!
01/29/2007 01:43:03 AM
I really like the processing of this shot.

01/29/2007 01:10:10 AM
Not sure how the group will react to this and it is sometimes hard to tell after all of the voting so just wanted to say that I like it very much. Beides, I travel travel without a bag of "Good & Plenty" in my bag so you got me there!
