Thanks for all your comments, many were really spot-on and I learned a lot from this. BTW, I so agree that I over-used Noise Ninja, but I didn't have much choice since I had accidentally shot this at 1600 ISO and there wasn't time to reshoot.

And zwhitley's comment is correct, Sascha Huttenhain's award-winning image was indeed my inspiration for this pose.

The softness really creates a moody feel to the atmosphere of this piece, your light control, choice of monochrome and beautiful curves and shadows combine to make this shot a real beauty. Very well modeled, very well captured. GREAT light! -john

The lighting on this is very good but i think the arm splits the photo in two and the face is in too small an area. I like the shot but not the composition i think

I really like the lighting on this one and the angles formed by the pose. Good luck.

has a webcam feel to the shot, but nice clarity and like the idea that you chose to make it a B & W.

I love the eye of the model, the way she is looking at the camera.

I love the contrast and tones of the breasts and nipples not so sure about the arms.

Interesting lighting, and an interesting perspective. Exposure is spot on. I think it would have been better to see both eyes, or completely hide the right eye. 7

With the arm cutting across the middle, this almost seems like two pictures. I think its ultimately distracting.

I don't know if it was a coincidence or not but this pose is exactly the same as a photo by Sascha Huttenhain (mirror image). You can see it at //www.digitale-momente.de/bodyparts.htm it's the one in the lower right corner. You have to click on it to see the full photo.

Composition feels awkward.

nice POV and crop, good focus. mifght have been better if there wasn't the visible part of her right eye. a darker background might also have improved the picture

I like this one. I would like a tad more light on the eyes to bring them out a little more in the overall composition.

the arm has imperfections which take my eye from the image as does the leg cloned or healing brush would have helped here 8 although I like the idea of this image

A great image and I love the composition. The NeatImage is simply way too much. Skin has texture to it and in an image like this, the viewer should be able to SEE that texture... almost to the point where they can almost feel that texture. Cut back on the NeatImage and bump up the contrast, and you've got a fantastic shot!!!

I think you have the makings of a great shot here - but for me it didn't quite come off. Good try though.

I'm thinking this would have been more effective if the lighting were more focused on the eyes. I like the composition and PoV.

I'm a sucker for these shots. The title suits too.

I would've cropped it square to use the arms and legs as a natural frame.

I like the softness of this shot. I think the model making eye contact with the camera is great. The composition is pretty good, though the left arm running right through the frame is a little distracting.
