The face and shoulders are nice and sharp however the OOF hand is a bit distracting. Slightly more DOF would allow the hand to be included in the area of focus and make for a better environmental portrait.

Focusing on the scissors and comb would have been a more creative shot IMO. Whilst the photo does have Shallow DOF it doesn't offer a lot of interest.
