Greetings from the Critique Club...
-composition-
I love the composition of this portrait. The use of lines, and negative space absolutely help this photo go the extra mile in drawing my attention.
-contrast-
Wonderful job in using a wide array of shades. I would have liked to have seen some more contrast in the background, but overall I think you did a nice job.
-focus-
Excellent job, everything seems to be in sharp focus.
-lighting-
Very well lit, your choice in the placement of the light helped all of the details of the white dress to stand out.
-any other element of the photo that stands out or is lacking in some way-
I love this photo, you did an excellent job overall. Some things you may want to try in the future include textured background, and possibly addition of a little bit of color. You have a great talent for capturing expressions. Keep up the good work. |

What a precious portrait. It's perfect. Well lit, sharp, lovely subject. Her expression makes the photo. Background is good - uncluttered. I just feel it needs a touch of colour somewhere. |

Priceless expression. Beautiful capture in B&W. Very well lit. Appears a bit grainy, but does not deter from image quality. I love how the bow came out on the front of the dress. Good work. |

I LOVE this book, I have read it about 5-6 times! :-) Wonderful B&W shot and she is sooo cute, and unique idea in this challenge, congrats! She also looks scared, doesn't she like herself being photographed? |

Her little sad face is lost against the white, I wonder if you chould have changed the white to a lower value I find my eye drawn to the white section on her chest. Priceless expression. |

Aww... she wasn't enjoying this too much, was she? The background is bothering me a bit. A blanket or something like that would have done much better job I think. |
