 I love days like this where you find the perfect photographic subject just waiting for you on the side of an old back road. :)

This old Studebaker was parked on a slope, hence the tilt. I suppose I could've tried to level the car a bit more but then the trees in the background would have been leaning. Oh well, it was just too good to pass up. I'm guessing it's around a 1930's-ish model. I couldn't find anything quite matching it in a google search. I believe I've become obessed with it.

Oh yeah, it's for sale for $1500 if anyone is interested. :-)

You should buy this. Not only is it great for photo ops, but you could probably turn around and sell it on eBay and make a killing. Great shot, too, by the way!

I always enjoy your images, and this one is no exception - but the stories you bring to the images... THAT is terrific! Including your thoughts about the subject is inspirational and makes me want to find my next subject, or learn about a technique you've used.

This is a nice shot and the colors are nice but I think it would look better if the background were an old barn or something like that that wasn't quite as busy. It just doesn't seem to contrast enough with the dark colors of the trees. JMO. I do really like the angle this was shot at. 6
