| Heh. I was just thinking "trains and coal must be very important where Amy lives" and then I read your notes. I really like the pop of the red sign against the blue sky. And again, your composition skills are terrific. A wonderful example of why getting your subject out of the middle is so effective. |

You have got a lot of talent and are putting that D80 to good use :) I really like the composition. The grittiness really adds to this one too.
SfI-IMHO: Over the "ING" and "WAY" of the sign it look like you used the burn tool and there's a bit of a soft dark line there that gives the sky an odd feeling.
I can't believe you're on day 2.5 and I haven't even shot day 1 yet! |

| I don't see any train, but I got a look out :P. The photo looks alittle jaggedy from the file size? Maybe try a larger filesize to smooth things out. Good to see you get some good use out of your new toy :) |
