I (like everyone else, it seems) like the star effect; but I also really like the power/phone lines. This is what you see in the morning, and the lines are part of that. I think they give the image a great dimension, giving something to the top which otherwise might otherwise have been a bit empty ('cause it's morning and nothing's going on in the sky).

You have really capture early morning well, like the fact the lights are still on with that nice golden glow.

Nice starbursts! Did you use a filter or was this an effect of the f-stop? Good choice of crop to make the overhead lines balance out the rest of the image.

Lovely morning scene - there are a LOT of power lines aren't there? Maybe get the city to move them - they're standing in your way of taking photos - GRIN!

i really like that star effect, they are great in this photograph .. they make it more obvious that its not just a dull day but very early in the morning .. i'm supposing a star filter would've got rid of that effect? ... good thing you didnt have one!!

I like the star effect too, maybe try and clone the power lines? i dunno it looks good to me just trying to cmoe up with a suggestion :)
