Yes, thanks to Brad also for showing me the liquify tool.
I am posting a tutorial of the actual image and the steps taken, along with a tutorial on this image on my web site in the upcoming weeks.

This is lovely. I like the shallow DOF, and OOF background. Her eyes really stand out.
I wonder if a little more shadow under her chin might have defined the bottom of the face better. |
