| Like death I've been avoiding taking pictures of where I live because it is so boring. Just another apartment complex! I suppose I'll have to get off my butt and take a picture though. |

well actually it doesnt look bland or boring anymore!!!// love the dark somber mood you've created here ..
IMO if it doesnt work in real life, a scene or subject that is, and its possible to improve or just change the general feel of it, then great!! ... its very difficult when you're subject is either unattractive, like it is around where i live at the moment, or uninteresting .. it seems that digital photography combining with photoshop or other software programs is changing the entire world of photography ... things that are straight from the camera just dont have that edge anymore and we seem to be impressed with the slick and possibly dramatic results that we get in photoshop ... i dont know if there's a good or bad to this ... its just the way it is ... suits me coz i love photoshop and want to learn as much as i can ... looking back on stuff i used to do with very little knowledge and stuff i do now i can see an improvement .. hoping for more improvements .. and SOON !!!... |

Good PP with this one. It's a house, but it is "you' that makes it a home.
I don't think it will get the amount of comments and activity that your "Monty Python" self portrait did. : ) |

you've made it look very interesting though.
I was thinking of taking my house picture but I don't think I could make it look interesting enough.
You've given me some kind of hope with this picture.
