looks like the it worked to me. the angle of the light really brought out the green Knuckles eyes. especially the right eye. |

Actually did very well at rescuing a backlit shot. I'm not overwhelmed with blown highlights, nor is your pet underexposed.
I'd really like to see this cropped much closer to have Knuckles almost fill the frame. It would come off as a very nice portrait. |

Actually, I think you did well. You lit up his (her) face and kept the non-subject rest of her body dark. |

a very nice shot indeed. the colours are great, adnt eh composition super. those eyes - lovely. we had a 1/4 african wildcat in botswana (he was o1/4 wildcat, 3/4 domesticated, not 1/4 of a cat. o, you know what i mean), and he had grass green eyes like that too. sadly, the last time we moved there, he went awol. such a nice cat too.
his name was mumps.

Oh, I think you did this very successfully! Even on my dark work monitor, you can see light on the face and those eyes. . .man, they light up a room :)
I love cats! This is awesome with that window in the background.

I like it too - beautiful luminesence and colors. I like your kittie's ears with the light shining through. |
