 This lake is fairly close to my house, I went down there early to get a smooth, calmed water surface bathed in a glow of surreal light from the morning sunrise......but I got there too late and the sky was crap!!!
So you get this instead.

(Actually taken yesterday morning-not that it matters as I should be on day 6 anyway!!!)

This is an interesting image of something they could have been very boring! Great to use the fencing to create lines into the thirds. And the border definitely takes away from the fact that the sky is overexposed.

Yes don't aggravate the alligators!! I like the sign with the dirt and the boards just below it. The sky is a distraction.

This is great - I love signs. In my opinion, it might have been a bit better if the angle were not quite so steep - if you had stepped to the left a bit (assuming there wasn't an alligator waiting for you!).

I hate it when that happens! Sunrises can be so unpredictable, can't they? But this is a cool photo too, so we are still blessed :)
