These are Jacksons famous Antler Arches here is some infromation about them.
No one agrees exactly when residents built the first antler arch in George Washington Memorial Park. National Elk Refuge officials think it was in 1960, and the signs at the corners of the Town Square agree. But Jackson Hole Historical Society documents state the arches were built in 1953 or 1958. George Lumley, John Wort, Walt King, Jack Francis, Harry Clissold, Slim Lawrence, Roy Jensen, Homer Richards and Cabot Cummins were among those who helped build the first arch at the corner of Broadway and Cache.
By some estimates, it could take up to 8,000 shed antlers, weighing between 28,000 and 40,000 pounds, to rebuild all four arches.

Ah, yes, the antler arches at the park. I loved seeing those in person. Good of you to share this and to explain them! It's so nice to hear they're built with dropped antlers. |

Emily, this is a well composed image, but I think it needs a push on contrast. It comes off a little hazy to me. |

Yes they are real, an non of the anamals had to die, every fall the elk lose there antlers, they just fall off and grow new ones, so come spring the boy scouts go out and pick them up to sell, thats how we get our antlers. |
