"In a Glass Darkly" is a collection of stories by Irish born author J. Sheridan Le Fanu (1814-1873).

The five stories are told by Dr Hesselius, a "metaphysical" doctor, the forerunner of the modern psychiatrist, who is willing to consider ghosts both as real and as hallucinatory obsessions. Le Fanu drew on the Gothic tradition, Irish folklore and on contemporary social and political anxieties.

Hmmm... you image draws me in without me knowing what I'm looking at. Nice work. Good connection with title too.

I thought this picture is very creative. An unsual picture, great lighting, great color.

I like it quite a bit. I'd probably like it even more if there were a bit more dark areas in the photo.

Interesting how there's a formation of cracks almost in the center (right under the dark shadow) that looks like a smiling face.

At first glance, I didn't understand this picture but with a second glance I realized you clever you are. This is an especially good job of capturing the title and a good photograph.

I don't have a clue what this is, but I like it. The image is strong enough to keep your interest long enough to find the face. Nice.
