Hi Nick,
This is a nice clean shot. The DOF works well to isolate the lily from the background and the exposure is good, though maybe a bit dark. There is a bit of grain present, but not enough to really harm the image.
My main nit pick is in the composition.. I feel like the lily is hemmed in and that there's not enough space around it to really appreciate the beauty of the lily... I especially don't like that you've cut off the petals on either side of the picture. I understand that it was probably necessary under the conditions you were shooting, but I still don't like it.

I only see one lilly, just kidding. A flower shot really needs to be something spectacular to score high in a challenge. The color and composition is good though. |

For me it's a little to grainy, though your angle and lighting is good. A more anonymous background would have helped focus attention on the flower as well. |

seems dull. Without life. Could lighting and a different angle changed this photo? |

nice macro shot. However your title is mispelled. Some may mark you down for it, I won't. I did read a thread about folks gripping about mispelled titles. The composition is excellent. |
