 I originally had a completely different idea but whilst perusing me local produce section I had a bit of inspiration... It was much more difficult to shoot than I had envisioned (go figure). My wife has dubbed me a "fruitographer". I'm not very happy with it, but I put enough effort into it to enter it anyway. I was pretty happy with the lighting and did minimal tweaking. Cloned a few sloppy spots, levels, USM, blah blah blah.

Clever concept and good lighting! I wish the banana wasn't so guey-looking. To me this would look better with a banana that was in better shape since the pepper is lookin pretty good itself. I'd also like to see the whole peel.
