Motorcycle Safety and Awareness Day at the Capitol
(also doubled as a promo thing for some movie)
The morning was the annual Firefighters Appreciation Day, but they played second fiddle to the bikers for two reasons:
1) the General Assembly wasn't in session that day, so there was no hobnobbing, and
2) fire trucks and firefighters are cool and all, but they can't compete with a few hundred motorcycles and bikers and John Travolta, Tim Allen, Martin Lawrence, and William H Macy.
