 I've seen these used in a variety of ways but mostly the Japanese use them in stir fry. They really are pretty bitter...much to much for me but when I bought them a customer told me how to make them and said he likes them raw...ewwww.

I love the textures they have and will most likly be using them in other challenges...if the opportunity arises.

btw...I haven't checked whether they are a fruit or vegetable yet...probably vege

No editing really, adjust brightness/contrast. selective color adjustments and sharpness, crop, and usm

interesting perspective. Not appealing to look at or "wow" at. But not a bad entry.
