Shallow DOF can be good, but this seems to be mostly out of focus, with only a small amount in. You almost have to look for the focussed bananas.

I like the shallow DOF here but I am not sure about the desat. Fruit is interesting to look at because of its color which you have taken away.

Great composition. I don't like the sepia here. It's too light and makes the bananas look anemic. More yellow would have been better, I think.

congratulations - this photograph contains a fruit and/or a vegetable, therefore it meets the challenge! well done!

i like the composition, but i don't like the lack of colour. banana yellow is a great colour. it's a shame you changed it. 6!
