 This is the Salford Quays area, my favorite in Manchester. This building is in front of the Lowry Outlet.

Nice night shot with the reflections. It is a bit noisy though. Have you tried any of the noise reduction programs out there? I use Neat Image. It is pretty straightforward and works well. They offer a free Demo version to try out here, Neat Image Demo.
