 A fairly straight forward portrait, but this seemed to capture her character more than the others.

DIY Fluorescent light and reflector.

Great warmth, nice edges, terrific pose- you evoke genuine-ness. I mean, you are a pro, but this girl is so photogenic its almost not fair.

All very good points and yes those hair ties drive me crazy. I almost never notice them until I'm in post.

pretty woman and nice expression. Nit picks would def be the hair tie... common area of annoyance for me and my coworkers at the studio. hehe. Also I think her shoulder look a little tense and she could have relaxed them down and possibly have her thumbs out of her pockets..

By the way, it's nice to see a real figure, and not a person that eats bird food.
