 I hate coming up with titles. :(

- Auto levels, auto color, auto contrast
- used transform tool to straighten the doorway
- Cropped slightly
- Used a Midnight Sepia action on a duplicate layer
- cloned out a distracting branch that was above the apples
- minor healing to some reflections on the apples
- Resized, Luko USM, selected the apples seprately and sharpened them again.
- Did some other selective sharpening here and there
- added a blurred and darkened vignette
- slight dodge & burn
- SFW

The contrast of the ripe fruit (a product of a live tree) and this old, dry wood (from a dead tree) is really interesting.
