 Not the most creative shot, but wanted to work on my lighting skills using more than one flash. Lighting setup was 580ex flash on camera pointing to the right to bounce flash off the right wall, and 420ex flash sitting off camera to the left and above of the wine bottle. Black t-shirts used as the base and background.

* Crop and rotate
* Levels and lots of burning to make the background fade to black (who knew black t-shirts could be so bright?)
* Bump up saturation
* Clone out some dust and cat hair on the base
* Clone out some small, bright reflection spots on the top of the bottle
* Burning on the top of the bottle to lessen the brightness of the reflection in the glass
* Levels on the stem of the grape a bit to bring down its brightness
* Neat image
* Resize
* Smart Sharpen
* Save for web

Very nice, clean shot. Could be a real product shot. Nice subtle lighting and reflected light. I hope you get the recognition this deserves.

Lighting is nicely done on both subjects - especially on the wine bottle as that there are no distracting reflections nor does the lighting appear flat. One little critique is that I think you could crop the negative space even closer to the bottom of the grapes. On my screen the negative space does adds nothing to the composition and it gives the appearance that the grapes and the bottle are 'floating'.
