 This was hard, yea, i wanted to make it look better not quite what was in my head but it will have to do.

Garbage bag was the backdrop, i cloned out some glare and wrinkles, i was laying on my back (i hope it's not obvious)
and fruits and veggies hung from fishing line attached to a cane. Lit from overhead with a crappy flashlight covered in waxpaper.

I kind of left it until the last minute but whatever.

P.S.

Tomatoe juice stings your eyes, I was lucky enough to use real rotten fruit.

First, It's very clever! Second, the title reads to me as Boo (as in you scared me)...adding more O's would make it a crowd reaction -...BOOOOOO - JMHO. Still I like the shot.

Very neat concept. A couple of improvements: The streaks on hte guy's face give it away that he is laying down. Getting rid of those streaks is easy. I can also see the strings around the orange and somewhat aroung the bannana. Getting rid of that is easy in PS as well...it is also legal for advanced editing. 8
