I loved it as much as you did. I gave it a 9. The colors are awesome...and the composition is excellent. And, I'm a huge fan of a shallow dof. :)

Good concept but it needs more than a quarter of an inch of DOF.

An interesting shot with nice colours but I'm finding it hard to find somewhere to rest my eye as there isn't any main subject which is in focus for me to rest on. Would be interesting to see what this shot looked like with the whole kiwi fruit in focus.
