| Terrific subject. Good focus, sharp. I think I want to see more to the left of the subject. Maybe that wasn't possible. |

| EEK! depth of field here is BEAUTIFUL. The contrast between its fluffy feathers and smooth feathers against the wood is just awesome. The technique here is great. But it seems to me that this kind of plain portrait of a bird on a branch is overdone. Maybe a more interesting angle? Either way, beautiful photo. |

| Good shot in general. A bit soft in focus but I know how hard it is to catch a sharp shot of birds. |
