this shot has great potential, in my opinion it should have scored higher, but that's my take on how i would redo it:
first i would leave the whole door in the composition, or zoom out if possible. second i think it's a tad oversharpened.
third i am not sure if you used a polarizer for this shot or not, if you did not i would recomend using one to try to get the relefection out of the window. and finally i would def. recomend tone mapping for this shot. |

| This is a good study of form and color. Though when going with such abstracts in ideas, it is best to go simplistic. In this case the netting and some of the lower weeds/plants distract from the image. Everything else is great though, lines, repeating patterns, and focus. |

| I'm starting to wonder whether the gamma settings on my monitor have slipped, or something. The midtones here seem quite compressed, I'd love to see a greater sense of the fine detail that expanding them a little might bring to this. |
