This is the second shot i have noticed that has been taking from a car as the person drives by. I think it may have been better if taken just after you passed the rickshaw to get the drivers facial expressions. also loose the door mirror. It adds nothing in appeal for the shot.

This image is too heavily processed for my taste. Also rickshaw is (according to wikipedia) a HUMAN-POWERED cart - not an automobile.
