Thanks all for some very kind words on this photo, really made me happy; however some comments pointed that the photo was "top heavy" or "needed some cropping from the top" or "had a darker top", and I do appreciate these comments too, but I like to share my thought on why :"I left that dark area", with those who saw it my way and who saw it differently; simply, this guys works day in and day out trying to make an honest living with burdens of life getting heavier everyday and this sense of need a responsibility is greatly felt as one spend few minutes with him; so the top dark heavy area reflects an inside feel I had on this guys heavy load of need and burdens; and I just could not crop it out |

I like the dark tones and graininess. |

Very nice subject and the lighting is perfect. Perhaps just a little too much space above. |

Nice capture - Love the movement and the PP - Just a slightly tighter crop off the top of this pic adds some more impact to it. |

Beautiful. That tiny blur of motion signifying his right hand is what sets this photo apart. Also the dark shape above his head showing a square quality, which contrasts to the round quality of the item being weaved. His face and left hand are so beautiful, more beautiful than anything he could create. His shirt seems woven into the wall. The man is one with his environment. This is as good as "environmental portrait" gets. 10 |

Beautiful contrast, and nice textures. The bottom left corner is a bit hot while the subject it a bit flat, but overall a great portrait! |
