What an expressive dog! There are a couple distracting elements here that take away from an otherwise good shot: the blue collar, the white object in URH corner, possibly even the printing on the toy. |

I get the idea, but this just looks like a snapshot. Might have been better if you could see the dog's eyes or if it looked happy? |

I'm not sure if you're saying you love your dog, or the dog loves his toy here. Either way works. The expression on the dog's face is either too aloof, sly or sleepy for my tastes, though I realize pets don't always cooperate as models. The other thing I find distracting here is the environment... furry dog blanket, blinds laying in the background (?).. just stuff everywhere. I start wondering what it all is instead of focusing on the main subject. Hope there's something helpful in all that! |

there seems to be a general theme of shooting things you love without actually expressing the theme of love itself.. this is one such shot |
