Thanks Sean... I know I said I wouldn't use your face (or at least keep in focus) but you couldn't keep your middle finger still.... learning more about the camera and how to reduce the flash. Cropped and adjusted all that's legal in basic aside from curves. (this includes levels brightness/contrast and USM.)

I clouded the finger trying to cut back on the harshness of the gesture.... My Mistake

Never heard that saying, mind it I use it dome time? IMO the hand really needs to have some detail to bring more meaning to the photo.

Would have worked better with the bird in focus and the face soft. He kind of looks like he's about to burst out laughing.

Just my opinion, but I think it would have been more effective with the hand in focus

I am not sure why you chose to have the hand overexposed and out of focus. It does nothing for the photo. Idea is good.

I like the idea but i dont like the color of the hand, the contrast isnt very good.
