I used a 100mm macro lense, borrowed off another club member.

Then
Removed the reflection of me out of the pupil and reduced the square highlight to a modist circle.
Changed Mode to Lab Color
Selected the Lightness Channel
Unsharp Mask 50% @ 2 Pixels
Desaturated
Used History Brush to bring back the Iris.
