Wow, you found a road in Essex without a serious succession of potholes. You must tell me where it is. This provides a great feeling of speed, even at a quick glance. The splash of yellow really helps it stand out.
I'm still trying to persuade my wife to let me buy something like this, but she shows no sign at all, yet, of giving in.

Great shot, nice point of view. Congrats on the ribbon, a yellow ribbon for a cool yellow car. Nice match, red or blue would've clashed. :-) |

Thanks very much for all the congratulations comments!! It's so cool to get a ribbon, especially given all the amazing photos on this site.
The car is a Westfield and it's here in the UK so that's why it's in MPH. Thanks again :0) |

Caterham super 7? V nice - I used to want one of those.
Nice image - good feeling of speed. I would like to see both hands on the wheel (compositionally, rather than for safety!) and a fraction more vibrancy in the colours of the trees - they fail to compete with the yellow of the bonnet.
A slightly straighter road, and/or slower speed with longer shutter, might have captured the blurred parts of the image slightly cleaner, without the ghosting.
Overall - one of my favourites for this difficult challenge. |
