This title could have been 'Irony' if the tagger had signed his work - which I suppose means this also isn't tagging. Oh well - you know what I meant.

Ugly stuff - and Mudwig (whoever he is), despite being disparaged by this dubious propaganda campaign, may not be anywhere near the lowly status of the person who felt moved to scrawl it.

But there's something about this blatant statement that just makes me laugh.

The most basic form of propaganda is name calling. Perhaps my title should have been 'Tagger Without A Decent Cause'?

Well...apparently he doesn't care much for Mudwig and has made that his cause. Great shot, but I hope Mudwig isn't a member here.

I think this is a very strong image though I can't say it's hugely appealing. The composition just takes my breath away - the position of the pay meter and the lines of the fence, paving, building and windows just clicks for me.
In terms of "message" this is speaking to me about the futility of this kind of graffiti - wanton destruction without even remote mitigation of scrawling a political message within the graffiti.
What message, thought or concept were you aiming at conveying?

yours is one of the tens, bonus points because it's found, not assembled. way to keep your eyes open and catch a detail. nice job waiting for pedestrians to fill some of the background.

Hope you didn't so this just for the challenge... Like this, the two people in the background are good there, I think if they weren't there this would look uninteresting. 8
