 This is Meisha. She is one of our five dogs. We also have 5 cats. I Often joke that it was in our wedding vows that we had to have at least 10 pets. Meisha was brought to the animal hospital soon after we lost our last German shepherd. She was at a swap meet were she was being given away due to a deformity of her tail. She is almost two years old now and stil crazy. She can (and often does) scale that fence and run around our yard until we let her in. She and the horse now have an understanding. She promises not chase the horse and the horse promises not to kick her across the pasture. That agreement was reached quickly.

I think that that is a sensible arrangement betweeen dog and horse, I wonder how long it took them to sort that one out, lol!! She's a sweetie, love her name. She's just dying to get out and play isn't she!!

Oh that is a great story!!! Ohhhh, you are so my kind of animal person. I would EASILY and HAPPILY have 10 pets too, but my husband says if I get anymore, I'll have to get a new husband too. I've tried not to consider it :)

She is so adorable. It's hard to imagine someone giving her away because she has a defectively shaped tail!!! Sheeeeeeeeesh!!

I love the story about her and the horse. I'm glad Meisha is a fast learner :)

She's very pretty! I love how she's posing by the "Thoroughbred" sign. She knows she's special. I had a German Shepard - very smart. Great photo!!
